  • Seller information: phone number, store name, bio, and categories of products sold.
  • Payment information: processed and stored by Stripe; DigiMarket does not store full payment card numbers.
  • Content you upload: product files, images, video lessons, and course materials, stored via Cloudinary.
  • Usage data: purchase history, course progress, pages visited, and device/browser information.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account;
  • To process purchases, subscriptions, and seller payouts;
  • To deliver digital products, track course progress, and issue completion certificates;
  • To send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, purchase confirmations, seller notifications);
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party providers to operate the Platform:

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Cloudinary — storage and delivery of images, product files, and course videos.
  • MongoDB Atlas — database hosting.
  • Vercel — application hosting and infrastructure.
  • Google Workspace — transactional email delivery.

Each provider processes data under their own privacy and security practices. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function.

4. Data Sharing Between Buyers and Sellers

When you purchase a product or enroll in a course, the seller may receive limited information about you (such as your name and email) for order fulfillment and customer support purposes. Sellers are prohibited from using this information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support, subject to records we are required to retain by law.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

DigiMarket uses cookies and browser local storage to maintain your login session, remember your shopping cart, and support core platform functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
