This Seller Agreement supplements DigiMarket's Terms of Service and applies specifically to users who create or maintain a seller account on the Platform. By creating a seller account, you agree to the terms below in addition to our general Terms of Service.
Any approved seller may list digital products and video courses on the Platform, free of any subscription or listing fee. There are no tiered plans and no limit on the number of products or courses a seller may list.
All products and courses must be submitted for review and are not visible to buyers until approved by DigiMarket. We may reject or remove any listing that violates our content policies, infringes intellectual property rights, or misrepresents the product. Approval does not constitute an endorsement of the listing's quality or accuracy.
You set the price of your own products and courses. DigiMarket deducts a flat 10% platform fee from each completed sale before remitting the remaining balance to you via Stripe Connect. This is the only fee DigiMarket charges sellers — there is no subscription cost. Platform fees are subject to change with notice; changes will not apply retroactively to completed sales.
Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect to the bank account or card you connect during onboarding. You are responsible for ensuring your payout information is accurate and up to date. DigiMarket is not liable for delays or failed payouts caused by incorrect banking information, Stripe account restrictions, or third-party processing delays.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including product files, course videos, and lesson materials. By listing content on DigiMarket, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, stream, display, and deliver that content to buyers who purchase it, for as long as your listing remains active or as needed to fulfill prior purchases.
By listing a product or course, you represent and warrant that:
You are responsible for handling reasonable customer concerns about your products and courses. DigiMarket may, at its discretion, issue a refund to a buyer in cases of non-delivery, fraud, or significant misrepresentation, and may deduct the refunded amount from your seller balance accordingly.
If you create video courses, you are responsible for the accuracy and quality of lesson content. Completion certificates issued to your students are generated automatically by the Platform based on lesson completion and carry no accreditation from DigiMarket. You may not claim DigiMarket endorses or accredits your course content.
DigiMarket may suspend or terminate your seller account for violations of this Agreement, repeated buyer complaints, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your listings will be removed from public view; you remain entitled to payouts for completed sales prior to termination, subject to standard processing timelines.
