Welcome to DigiMarket. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DigiMarket website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by YAKIMEL EMPIRE LLC ("DigiMarket," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, browsing, purchasing, or selling on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make purchases on DigiMarket. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
DigiMarket offers two account types:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Selling on DigiMarket is free. There is no subscription fee, no tiered plan, and no listing limit for approved sellers. DigiMarket earns revenue solely through a flat platform fee deducted from completed sales, as described in Section 5 below.
Sellers may list digital products (templates, ebooks, planners, and similar downloadable files) and video courses consisting of uploaded lesson videos. All listings are subject to review and approval before becoming publicly visible, and DigiMarket reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Sellers represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary rights to sell, distribute, and license all content they upload, and that such content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
All payments on DigiMarket are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase or receiving payouts as a seller, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
DigiMarket charges a flat 10% platform fee on each completed sale, deducted from the seller's earnings before payout. This fee applies equally to every seller regardless of sales volume.
Due to the digital nature of products and courses sold on the Platform, all sales are generally final once a download has been accessed or course content has been viewed. Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of DigiMarket and the relevant seller, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
Certificates of completion generated upon finishing a video course are provided for personal record purposes only. DigiMarket makes no representation regarding the accreditation, recognition, or professional value of any course or certificate offered on the Platform.

The DigiMarket name, logo, and platform software are the property of YAKIMEL EMPIRE LLC. Sellers retain ownership of the content they upload, but grant DigiMarket a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Platform and deliver purchases to buyers.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DigiMarket does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of content listed by sellers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiMarket's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to DigiMarket in the twelve months preceding the claim.
DigiMarket may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion to protect the Platform and its users. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of DigiMarket after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
